Coordinates transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
Responds to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
Reviews purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy while Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity
Works closely with Quality manager, if any, to ensures that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
Develops processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
Addresses and resolves shipment and inventory issues
Analyzes and optimizes logistical procedures
Organizes inventory, and storage/laydown yard

Develops quality control processes
Evaluates the final output of products to determine their quality
Rejects products that fail quality standards
Improves production efficiency and managing waste
Understands customers expectations and needs from a product
Examines the quality of raw materials that are used in production
Implements methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
Tracks products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing data analysis, and statistical aptitude
Manages all Quality Control activities, SOP updates, process improvement discussions and investigations from a Quality Assurance standpoint
Plans, executes, reports and follows-up on Management Review actions, NCR or Audit Observations
